Called Frontier, our newest outdoor learning environment provides students through grade 4 the opportunity to build, create, perform, collaborate, and play in a truly exciting and innovative space.
Designed as a land where all things are possible, students are encouraged to wonder and wander. With instruments, a working water pump, an amphitheater, a tree fort, a sandpit, and slides built into hills, this park-like setting is a space for all to discover and explore.
Parent University: Thinking OUTSIDE
Would you like to try out the big slide or climb the tree fort for yourself? If so, please join Head of Preschool Kelly Kelly on Wednesday, October 14 at 8:15 a.m. (rain date October 15, 8:15 a.m.) to learn how Frontier will provide Mount Vernon students a place to further learning, growth, and curricular experiences.
