Middle School Athletes Excel in the Pool, on the Court and at the Mat

Middle School athletes continue to exhibit grit and tenacity as they rack up championships, awards and state recognition.
MS Swimming:
Middle School Swim and Dive Boys and Girls competed at Georgia Tech where both teams emerged as State Champions, winning the GISA Middle School State Championships. 

  • Sam Whiting goes 29.98 to beat MVPS 50-Breast record!
  • Savannah Messner took 1st for the MS girls in the 50-Backstroke and was .10 off a 22 year State Record
  • Sam Whiting went 58.5 seconds in the 100-IM, that was good to beat a 13 year record of 1:00.21
  • MV Middle Girls smashed the 200 Medley Relay GISA record by 5 seconds and were a mere .55 seconds off the High School GHSA State cut

6th Boys Basketball:
Our Grade 6 Boys Basketball team completed an undefeated season with a 41-29 championship win over Perimeter in the Wesleyan league. The team is led by Head Coach and Founders Campus facilities team member Demetrius Brandon.Inline image 2

Our MS wrestling team completed the season as back-to-back Metro 10 champions, with their third league championship, overall, in the past 3 years. Inline image 3
