As Chief Strategy & Impact Officer, Leah is dedicated to advancing Mount Vernon’s mission through strategic innovation, mission-aligned growth, and meaningful community impact. After serving as Head of Middle School, Leah now leads initiatives that accelerate innovation, expand auxiliary learning experiences, grow enterprise partnerships through Mount Vernon Ventures, and support the School’s AI integration strategy.

A systems thinker and builder, Leah is passionate about connecting people, programs, and resources in ways that strengthen the Mount Vernon experience and extend the School’s mission of Inquiry, Innovation, and Impact beyond campus.

Leah holds dual master’s degrees in Music Education from the University of Georgia and Middle School Education and Administration from Johns Hopkins University. Before joining Mount Vernon in 2021, she served at Savannah Country Day School as a Middle School Academic Coach and Director of Cultural Competency and Inclusion.
