A strong community is an engaged community.

Philanthropic support from our community — parents, grandparents, alumni, and friends — is a driving force behind all the moments of inquiry, innovation, and impact in each student’s learning journey at Mount Vernon.

Our team can help with any additional questions about how the impact of your tax-deductible giving to the Annual Fund or The Let’s Do This Capital Campaign equips Mount Vernon for long-term success.

ANNUAL FUND

The Annual Fund is the most important giving opportunity at Mount Vernon School, accounting for 3% of the annual operating budget. While tuition doesn’t cover the entire cost of a Mount Vernon education, philanthropic support enables our School to grow stronger each year by providing the resources necessary to continuously grow.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

Let’s Do This is our capital campaign. It will reshape the Mount Vernon experience and nurture excellence across all dimensions of our educational journey placing an emphasis on health and well-being.

Many employers participate in matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Search to see if your company offers a matching gifts program.

The Mount Vernon Community has the ability to redirect its Georgia tax liability to support Independent School education. Georgia GOAL funds are used to provide financial assistance to qualifying families. These funds stretch the financial assistance funds provided by the School and have a direct impact on our families.
