Connie White serves as Director of Mount Vernon Ventures, where she partners with schools and leaders to design future-ready strategies for teaching, learning, innovation, and organizational growth. A former Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics teacher, Connie brings more than 25 years of experience advancing curriculum design, assessment, technology integration, artificial intelligence, and professional learning across K–12 schools. Before joining Mount Vernon, she served for 11 years as Director of Learning & Innovation at Woodward Academy, leading strategic initiatives in curriculum, AI, faculty development, institutional research, and innovation. Earlier in her career, she launched one of the Southeast’s respected 1:1 learning programs. Connie is a nationally recognized speaker, consultant, and educational futurist whose work focuses on aligning pedagogy, purpose, and innovation to strengthen school culture and student learning. She serves as President of AATE and on several national advisory boards. Her honors include the ATLIS Pillar Award, ISTE ISEN Outstanding Educator Award, EdTech Digest Top 100 Influencers recognition, ERB’s National Data Innovator Award, and Rotary Paul Harris Fellow recognition.
