With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including experience in Montessori classrooms, Terrika brings a deep understanding of how young children learn, grow, and make meaning of the world around them. As Preschool Assistant Director, she supports both students and educators by helping cultivate a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally responsive learning environment where every child feels known, valued, and encouraged to explore with curiosity and confidence.

Terrika is passionate about partnering with teachers and families to support the whole child and create meaningful learning experiences rooted in relationships, creativity, and discovery. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that children thrive when educators honor their individual strengths, interests, and learning styles while providing the consistency and care they need to take risks, build independence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

She is proud to be part of a school community that values inquiry, celebrates diverse perspectives, and recognizes young learners as capable and curious contributors. Outside of school, Terrika enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, roller skating, and visiting nature parks.
