During this time in the Admissions season we offer small group tours by appointment. Log into (or create) your Ravenna account to schedule your visit. You are welcome to view our online virtual tour or schedule a call with admissions.

*Mount Vernon, like many other schools in the Atlanta area, utilizes Ravenna, a paperless admission system that provides a simplified, centralized, and complete application experience for families.

We continue to consider applications for any available spaces for the 2023-2024 school year during our rolling admissions season (April through August).

Mount Vernon is a member of the Atlanta Area Association of Independent Schools (AAAIS). As a member of AAAIS, Mount Vernon adheres to the Principles of Best Practice and common admissions notification dates. Please review the AAAIS website to familiarize yourself with these principles and view a list of member schools.

After you complete the application process, your application will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee. Accepted applicants will receive an enrollment checklist and contract.
Once your enrollment contract has been submitted, you’ll begin to receive information about upcoming new family events and ways to get involved in the Mount Vernon community as you prepare for your student’s first day of school.
