Caped Crusaders Take Over the Preschool

IMG_0239Recently, on a Friday evening, the Founders Campus courtyard was taken over by capes, masks and chest emblems. Preschoolers and children in the Early Learning Center (ELC) took their superhero roles very seriously as they ran, played, swooped and saved.
The annual Preschool/ELC Fun Night is a fantastic way for families to meet and mingle somewhere other than a few minutes at carpool. This year a superhero theme was threaded throughout Fun Night. While MVPS children always enjoy playingΒ together, wearing superhero costumes made it much more special – especially when Spiderman and Spiderwoman showed up to play games, read stories and practiceΒ scaling techniques. At different craft stations, children were able to createΒ their own superhero masks and cuffs then joined the rest of their familyΒ for pictures at theΒ photo booth.
Judging by the laughs and giggles, all of our little friends had a SUPER night of fun!
