On Saturday, May 2, otherwise known as Derby Day, bow-ties and wide-brimmed hats were seen everywhere at Mount Vernon’s annual Derby Party — a social event to honor and thank all Mustang Rally sponsors. From friendly betting and dancing, to awards for the best hat and best bow-tie, our MVPS community shared fellowship and a run for the roses.
Event co-chairs (L-R), Sunny Bailey, Kerry Palmer, Angie Patnode and Susan Landers, created an atmosphere perfect for sunshine, seersucker and floral sundresses.
