Mustangs Place 4th in NAML Championships

On Monday, April 28 Mount Vernon’s Middle School Boys Golf Team placed 4th in the NAML Championship Tournament.
The team that represented MVPS at final tournament (playing 9 holes) consisted of: Will Tillet (8th grade) who shot a 43, Ian Kohl (8th grade) who shot 47, Steven Soteres (6th grade) shot a 43, and Ben Tharpe (6th grade) shot a 51.
Other members of the team who played an equal role in a successful season were: Carson Smith (8th), Ben Pomeroy (7th), Clayton Patnode (6th), and Casey Scheele (6th).
Mount Vernon placed 4th in the NAML tournament among the following teams.

King’s Ridge
Perimeter Christian
North Cobb Christian
Walker School
Mount Bethel
St. Francis
Crown Academy
